You or your best friend (cousin/sister/daughter/mother) are engaged! Congrats!
Now comes the fun part - a bridal shower! You get to plan a fun day just for the girls in which the bride is showered with love. Charleston has some amazing venues and restaurants in which to host a bridal shower, for sure. But below is a list of some of the most unique.
The Carolina Girl Yacht
What a better way to celebrate than to be on a yacht? You'll set sail along the Charleston Harbor, Charleston Historic District, and the Arthur Ravenel and Ashley River Bridges, starting at the Carolina Girl Yacht dock on John's Island. More than likely you'll see dolphins swimming along side you, and you'll likely witness one of the most amazing sunsets this side of the Atlantic.
The yacht is equipped with a full bar and can host a seated dining experience with up to 150 people. This two-story venue can also utilize a space for a dance floor.
Historic Rice Mill
This beautiful waterfront venue provides amazing views of the Charleston Marina. It's conveniently located right off of Lockwood Blvd and has ample parking for being a downtown venue. The exposed brick walls provide a backdrop for any theme or party.
Not only does this venue boast of an indoor and outdoor space, but Chef Tiana Hamilton will cater your event to a T.

I know what you're thinking - a distillery for a bridal shower? Yes way.
This gorgeous venue has five distinct spaces available - The Tasting Room with a gorgeous copper bar (photo above); the Firefly Room, a completely customizable private space; The Master Distiller's Room, a smaller more intimate space; The Front Porch, a more casual open air space with picnic tables; and The Back Porch and Fields, a customizable outdoor space.
The venue has their own tables and chairs available for event usage as well as mobile bar carts that can be used for beverages, desserts or even as a buffet.
Charleston is certainly full of amazing views and venues to host your bridal shower!
