FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Wedding gallery delivery is estimated between 4-6 weeks. And sessions can take up to 14 days.
Do you have a recommended videographer?
Yes! I have a videographer on my team.
What if we're getting married abroad?
I do offer travel services. Message me for more information.
Do you have insurance?
I sure do!
What happens if you can't make it?
I have several photographers that I love and trust who would fill in for me. I would still edit your photos so you'd receive the consistency you originally wanted.
What happens if I cancel?
I totally understand, stuff happens sometimes! I would work with you to try and find a new date that works. If no date is available, the retainer is non-refundable. However, as long as we are within a week of a session date and 30 days from a wedding date, I'm happy to refund all but the retainer.
We don't have a date yet, can we still message you?
Yes, of course! We can chat through the process and start the conversation to see if we are the right fit. Then we will all be ready once your venue/date is booked!
How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
First you fill out an inquiry form letting me know the basics of your session or event.
2. Sign Contract & Pay Retainer
Then you sign a contract and pay the retainer. Once these two things are done, your date is fully booked and I remove it from my calendar for future bookings.
3. Final Questionnaire
Before your wedding, I'll send a final questionnaire and shot list. Once I have this filled out, I'll send over a customized timeline and we sit down and talk through all the final details.
4. The Big Day
You have the best day of your life and let me worry about capturing all of your favorite memories!
